All orders are shipped via AusPost.

All orders are shipped to shipping address given at checkout.

All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia.

Domestic Shipping

Shipping within Australia, AusPost estimates the item should arrive in 2-5 business days from shipping date. Shipping upgrades are available including Express Shipping with a guaranteed next day delivery within Metro areas.

Shipping to the US

Shipping to the USA can sometimes be delayed due to American customs legislation. Packages normally take around 2 weeks to arrive, however some have been delayed as long as 10 weeks. This does not happen often, but it can happen.

Shipping to the rest of world

Shipping to the rest of world, the Australia Post shipping guide states items may arrive 5-10 business days from shipping date. Please note, this is merely the Australia Post guideline. Some orders can take up to 10 weeks to arrive. I appreciate your patience when it comes to international orders, as the different postal systems in each country can cause these lengthy delays.
All orders are shipped using standard postage services, which DO NOT include tracking or express shipping.

Shipping Upgrades

If you require tracking or express shipping, you can upgrade your shipping at the time of check out. I highly recommend upgrading your shipping, as there are no refunds or replacements given for items lost in transit using standard postage services.

International Shipping Upgrades:

- Pack & Track: 5-10 business days, comes with tracking number. (This is an Auspost estimate and can take up to 10 weeks)
- International Express: 2-7 business days, no tracking.
Please understand once I have posted your order, the postal process is out of my control and I suggest upgrading your shipping to avoid lost items or delays.

Returns

From time to time, orders do get lost in transit, however I provide upgraded shipping options for your peace of mind. I recommend upgrading to a shipping option that includes tracking. As I do provide this upgrade option, any orders sent using Standard postage services (that is, without upgrade) CANNOT be refunded or replaced, if lost in transit.

Unfortunately I can only provide refunds for orders lost in the post when the customer has upgraded their postage options to include tracking (Pack & Track) and/or express shipping at the time of check out.

In the event your order is damaged during transit, I will provide a refund or exchange. However, this is unlikely as I do take care to package your orders well.
